12 lbs Stanley\'s Kielbasa
3 lbs Smoked Kielbasa
2 lbs Eckrich Smoked Sausage
2 Smoked Ham Shanks (Halved)
2 Grobbel\'s Corn Beef Briskets
6 lbs Potatoes (Red/Gold)
6 lbs Carrots (Peeled & Cut in Half)
1 lrg or 2 med Cabbages (Cut in Eighths)
2 lrg Onions (Quartered)
1 doz Corn (Shucked and Halved)
1/2 lb dill seasoning in Hobo Bag
1 Keg with top cut off, or equivalent giant pot
Fill Keg 1/2 with water.
Bring to boil.
Add Dill and Corn Beef.
When it returns to boil turn down to simmer 1 1/2 hr.
Remove Dill pack.
Add all other meat and return to med boil for 1 hr.
Add veggies with corn on top, turn heat back up for 1/2 hr.
Let sit with heat off for 15-20 min.
Carefully remove everything and enjoy.
